Matt and Rodent Roundup helped us with a rat problem in Santa Cruz. Matt was a very good communicator, on time, efficient and had very good follow-up. I needed some mice removed from my home. I called Matt at Rodent Round up, he responded quickly, made an appointment , he was timely and evaluated my situation. Matt was very thorough in his inspection and made his recommendations for a plan and upon my approval proceeded to lay mouse traps, covered access holes to keep the mice out within my home and outside.
